    We also instituted a locked door policy for our
exercise room after some things disappeared out of it.

Now you must have the key to the Common House to get
in.  Of course our guest room is through the exercise
room so all guests must have a key to the Common
House, and therefore the exercise room.  Still it does
seem to have helped.
