All,
I am the design/development consultant for an ecovillage just south of 
Ithaca NY. We are aiming at getting a 2 bedroom built for ~100k 
including common costs in the first phase of 10 units. Common cost will 
rise in two subsequent phases. It will be called White Hawk for the 
"white red-tailed hawk' often seen on the land. Building is slated for 
this coming spring. Our public hearing is this Thursday. Wish me luck.
