We at Oak Creek Commons in Paso Robles, California are now engaged in a 
project to generate solar electricity and have our meter run backward.  Our 
utility company (PG&E) has a program enabling small producers to sell their 
electricity back to the company.

We are encouraging members to contribute private money to the project in 
return for reduced dues.

A planned contractual agreement is projected to cover the fine points of the 
arrangement.
