Cohousing-L Mailing List: need referrals

Hi all,

I am working on a cohousing retrofit possible purchase in Berkeley.

We need a referral for a TIC knowledgeable accountant or something.  
Our problem is some of us have big downpayment but no income. Others  
have big income and no downpayment.

So if the big pockets person/people put in more than their units are  
worth, but we want everyone to "own" their own unit in a TIC ish kind  
of way, how do people go about paying them back. Is this question for  
an accountant, a lawyer, or both.

Referrals would be helpful.

Did any of you go through this and have good stories or bad stories  
to tell/share that I/we can learn from?
