Requirements of meals would be an obvious resale filter. This is going to
limit potential resales thus I imagine most mortgage providers are not aware
of this condition upon the resale of a unit, if they did, I imagine they
would refuse to provide mortgages.  This is not a bad thing, there are many
things mortgage providers do not, and should not, know about and filtering
out people that would balk at eating dinner with their neighbors is one way
to help ensure that the community traditions continue. It is part of the
tricky balancing part of financing, looking "normal" in the eyes of the loan
givers is crucial.
