We have a very detailed set of rules that includes late fees, interest, 
notices to the member and information to the community, imposition of a lien 
at a certain point and even the possibility of foreclosure, though I can't 
imagine a scenario where the community would decide to do that outside of 
outright abandonment, perhaps. At the same time, there's a lot of 
flexibility meant to give incentive to communication about problems and 
arranging for payment plans to catch up.
