starting June 1.  This home is a part of the 45-unit Pacifica Co-housing 
community, designed to be environmentally and socially sustainable.  End unit, 
lots of light, 900 sf, 2BR, 1 BA, 2 stories, washer/dryer, and 10X10 
screened-in porch.  Walk to Weaver Street, bike to UNC, 25 minutes driving to 
Duke.  Sustainable features include radiant floors downstairs, bamboo floors
