One of the 50 year old+ houses at N Street 
Cohousing (see http://nstreetcohousing.org) will 
be demolished this year and replaced with a 
modern, efficient, zero-energy, two-story duplex. 
The homeowner is looking for a partner or 
partners to co-own the house.  The 1700 sq ft 
first floor (the current owner will live in the 
second floor unit) will have 3 bedrooms and two 
full baths, hydronic radiant floor heating and a 
very large living room/dining room area.  The 
building construction will be SIPs (Structurally 
Insulated Panel System, resulting in a very high 
R-value), the windows will be Low-E2 wood clad, 
there will be a high efficiency water heater
