Sharon, I'm often guilty of trying to cram too much detail into one sentence. By "contract only" I meant that if a member just wanted it built at a set price and to be called when it was ready (few if any change orders), that was possible too. On Mar 15, 2007, at 3:45 PM, Rod Lambert wrote:
