Document Library: zero response! (was "call for Membership Policies")

Hello,

Since my call for Membership Policies for the CohoWiki Document
Library (http://wiki.cohousing.org/index.php?title=Document_Library)
just over a week ago, I have had exactly zero responses to my request.
The wiki has also remained unaltered from when I last touched it. No
Membership Policies have been submitted, either through me or directly
to the CohoWiki. I am somewhat disappointed by this result, and would
like to put for the question: WHY has there been no response?

My best guess? The only difference between people asking for examples
of a such-and-such policy here on-list and my request is that the
document being requested will be catalogued and made available
publicly. As such on-list requests are typically responded to in a
fairly timely manner, the assumption I'm going on is that
communities/individuals are not willing, or have concerns, about
including their documentation in the Document Library. That again,
begs the question: why?

If you have ever provided someone with the text of (or a link to) one
of your community's policies or documents on-list, but have not yet
responded to the request for the Document Library, I would be very
much interested in hearing why you haven't responded. Everyone seems
to agree that the Document Library is a good idea... but is it a good
idea only if it's populated with other communities' documents?

The CohoWiki (as I call it) has been up and running for a while now,
so it's time to start populating the Document Library. While I'm
certain that eventually communities and individuals will start
populating the Library of their own initiative, I'm going to kick
start the process by issuing calls for documents now and again.

To being with, I've (very arbitrarily) chosen Membership Policies. I
have added Membership Policies to the Document Libarary page
(http://wiki.cohousing.org/index.php?title=Document_Library), and have
added a new page specifically for Membership Policies
(http://wiki.cohousing.org/index.php?title=Membership_Policy) where
policies can be linked from and generally explained (in greater depth
than I've gone into).

If you are not able to upload your documents, please send them to me
off-list, and I will upload them for you.

Spread the word! Let's get as many sample documents available as possible.
