I have a home for sale in Roberts Creek Cohousing. It is a 1-bedroom plus 
loft (which contains a platform bed) and is about 875 sq ft. I expect to 
vacate it in early July. I'm still waffling about the price, but it will be 
in the mid 300's. Houses in Roberts Creek are starting at about $350,000.

Roberts Creek is on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, a lovely
