This is more news about Bussard's approach to fusion power.  He thinks
he needs $200 M to develop a 100 MW prototype in 5 years.  His favored
fusion reaction uses Boron (Borax, soap), produces no neutrons, and
thus no radioactive waste.  Here is a non-technical summary:
