We use twiki for our internal website at Nevada City CoHo.
I think that all the updates have been done by less than a dozen
people (out of about 50 adults).
Most people are intimidated by it or don't want to bother to learn to
use it.  Formatting stuff is also a pain for those who work in Office.
But we do keep a lot of stuff (contact info, meeting minutes,
development docs, etc) on it.  It makes a pretty good repository
(you can attach .doc files, etc).
