Dear Catya:It will get me somewhere good if later the HOA is sued by absentee owners for ignoring the law
or having to pay a penalty because the change was not done properly. Norm Gauss----- Original Message ----- From: "Catya Belfer-Shevett" <catya [at] homeport.org>

Hi Norm,The fact that my spouse and I were bypassed along with 9 other HOA membersis sloppy and inconsiderate of all the owners. It is, but focusing on the legal side of it probably won't get you anywhere good. How do the other 9 households feel about this? - catya _________________________________________________________________ Cohousing-L mailing list -- Unsubscribe, archives and other info at: http://www.cohousing.org/cohousing-L/
