In my opinion, a friendly conversation over tea should occur to understand
the important question: Why?

Subject: [C-L]_ Yet another question about (not doing) work

I've mined the archives, but haven't really found what I'm looking for, so
here goes:

What happens in your communities if someone stops doing any work?
Let's say you've already spoken with this person and they flatly say they
are not going to do any work on behalf of the community. What happens then?

Thanks,
Maggi
