My next-door neighbor and friend YeeWon is moving to Portland Oregon  
for a job. I and other members of JP cohousing are helping to sell  
her unit. She is moving in February and this is a tough time to sell  
property, so we are pulling out all the stops to find a cohouser.

Maximum household size: two people.
You do not have to be a Boston resident.
No need to be a first-time homebuyer, but can not own a home right now.
You can not have liquid assets worth more than $100,000. (Does not  
include retirement funds)
The current condo fee is $275 -- includes heat, hot water, electric,  
gas, and internet access.

Only a buyer chosen by the Jamaica Plain Cohousing Community or the  
current owner should fill out and submit the BRA forms because the  
BRA wants to get only one buyer-applicant.
