Thanks for these great ideas.  I'm going to do some research on deeding "
condo- lots" as part of a whole parcel.  Whats really getting popular is
deededRV lots.  In some resorts they are extremely expensive.  If I had
investment money I would see a huge future in this idea.  Know anyone?
