Thanks to everyone who responded to my query about whether to hire a 
project manager from within our group.  The responses varied (although 
more con than pro) but all were candid and thoughtful.  It made me 
really appreciate this forum and the folks who take the time and 
interest to write in. 

The Cohousing Listserve is a priceless resource for anyone living in or 
hoping to live in Cohousing.
