Fellow Cohousers, Trillium Hollow Cohousing Portland is going to remodel our common dining room. Would value knowing your experience with cork flooring in terms of: Cost of purchase Cost of instillation Cost, frequency and difficulty of cleaning Wear resistance and lifespan Sound reflecting/deadening Any other insights By comparison it would helpful to know about what kinds of carpeting or other flooring are being used with what result especially sound deadening. Also wondering from your experience which factors - physical environment/physical design, furnishings contribute most to people deciding whether or not to join meal club.
