Cohousing-L Mailing List: Large animal policies

Our ecovillage (White Hawk Ecovillage in Ithaca, NY) is currently considering 
policies for large animals.  We have 120 acres of land and, of course, varying 
views on animal agriculture.  No one is living on the land yet--the first two 
houses are under construction.

I'm very interested in other communities' policies on land use, animal 
agriculture, large animals, and related common/personal costs.
