The new Classified Ads system on the Cohousing Website:

currently has 19 listings for Home/Units for Sale from 10 states.

I don't have the historical data available to talk about shifts in the
market, but people are reporting success using our Classified Ads.  A real
estate agent, who just renewed an ad, said it was their principle source of
inquiries and that at $25/month, they felt it was an incredible deal.

One thing is for sure, the absolute number of units, that are possible to
buy, will keep on increasing as we continue to build new communities.

An initiative the web team has talked about for the future is building
greater web traffic... which would make it easier for forming groups to find
new members, as well as better support for resales - from people that know
they are looking for cohousing.
