Hi Nikki, Our unit mix at Jamaica Plain Cohousing is as follows: 3 studios 3 one-bedrooms 2 1.5-bedrooms (i.e., 1 bedroom with a loft upstairs) 9 two-bedrooms 4 2.5-bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a loft upstairs) 4 three-bedroom flats 2 three-bedroom duplexes 2 3.5-bedrooms (3 bedroom flat with a loft upstairs) 1 four-bedroom duplex Hope this helps.
