Hi Nikki,

Our unit mix at Jamaica Plain Cohousing is as follows:

        3 studios
        3 one-bedrooms
        2 1.5-bedrooms (i.e., 1 bedroom with a loft upstairs)
        9 two-bedrooms
        4 2.5-bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a loft upstairs)
        4 three-bedroom flats
        2 three-bedroom duplexes
        2 3.5-bedrooms (3 bedroom flat with a loft upstairs)
        1 four-bedroom duplex

        Hope this helps.

Regards,
David Heimann

We are collecting information on typical unit mixes in urban cohousing. We
are looking for square footage and how many bedrooms. If you could answer
the question of how many of each type of unit you have in your community, we
would be appreciative.
Thanks, Nikki Sachs
