 Hi-

Eastern Village Cohousing has 56 units in a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. We 
have a lot of unit designs, partly because we retrofitted the cohousing into an 
old abandoned commercial building whose structure is held up by concrete 
columns that are not consistently spaced.? 

Most of the EVC units are 2 bedroom. The 3-bedroom units range in size from 
1100 to over 1600 sq ft. The 2 bedroom units range from about 700 to about 1400 
sq ft. The 1 bedroom units are 600 to about 1000 sq ft. Some units in each size 
are 2 story lofts and some are flats.One unit retrofitted into the old boiler 
room is like a split-level ranch design inside.
