Hi, Juva. Thanks for posting about A Home In Community and CoHo EcoVillage in Corvallis... I had a delightful visit there early this year. Have you checked the Cohousing magazine and Cohousing-L archives for items on this topic? (use synonyms) I believe there have been articles from many different perspectives on the issue. I know it's a hot topic ... will anyone from AHIC be speaking at the national conference this June? It could fit well with sessions either around affordability strategies or accessibility/diversity in community. I recently advised Heartwood cohousing in Colorado to look to the A Home In Community model and organization if it wanted to replicate your experience with an opportunity of a unit on the market there.
