Google is also getting 'street views' of some towns and cities. Lawrence, Ks
was added recently. If you want to see our houses (that are along the east
side of Delaware Street between 12th and 13th), trying entering 1270
Delaware

end up with the view of the entrance to our parking lot, once the view
is turned to the north.)

Alas, their street numbering is badly off -- the '1270' location is actually
about where 1228 actually is. (And worse than that,  half our house numbers
belong to buildings tucked in behind the street-adjacent buildings. (We're
built in a double-wide block.))

And the satellite image is from before construction started. (Alas, many of
the trees in that image had to go last year... )
