AB 2259 (Mullin) - Would restrict a condo's ability to control subletting by a member. Location - Assembly Judiciary Committee. Hearing set for 4/22. AB 2830 (Nakanishi) - Similar to AB 1892, but for wind energy systems. Location - Assembly Housing Committee. No hearing date set.

AB 2180 (Lieu) - Would deem an application for a member's solar energy system automatically approved if the condo association does not approve or disapprove in writing to the application within 45 days. $1,000 civil penalty for some violations. Location - Assembly Housing Committee. Hearing on 4/16.
