Cohousing-L Mailing List: MOU with developer?

Stony Brook Cohousing, now forming in Boston, MA, is planning to partner
with a developer for the development of our community. I am aware that there
are groups who have done this before and that there are many different ways
to do this.

We are seeking samples of MOU's or other documents/language that defined
the relationship between the developer and the group. If your group formed
an LLC with the developer, we would be interested in that too. (Please note:
We do have an attorney; we are not seeking to use any documents, just to get
a better idea of the language.) Thank you!
