We are forming a coho in Lenoir, NC on 18 acres, between 28 to 74 residential 
homes and 6 acres of the total are conservation land, and approx. 4 acres may 
be suitable for terrace farming fruit orchards. Anyone interested in taking 
Susan's co-farming discussion to the next level, we own the land.
