Hello there from Brooklyn, 
  just wanted to let the listerserv know that Rick Holliday from Holliday 
Development (developed over 2000 affordable housing units in California) 
mentions the cohousing model and its increasing as an example of progress in 
the future in the face of housing conditions of today. i heard the interview on 
the affordable housing podcast available free from the itunes store.
