This thread is simply beautiful.  
We need to make it a regular Column in the Cohousing Magazine.
Much like "Story Corp" (which unfortunately just ran it's course and ended on 
our local Public Radio station).

We in Florida's Central Region are forming one (or maybe two) Elder or "Elder 
Rich" Affordable GREEN-Built Cohousing communities.

Having Posts about "Why I like/live in ELDER Coho" would be WONDERFUL !
