It can be luck as you noted. I attribute the closeness of Eno Commons to three factors:
1) We are smallish (22 households) community. Fewer faces to know.2) Only 2 house designs. While the houses are well built, people join for the community. 3) High percentage of children. Children are 40% of our community so we have lots of interactions.
