Cohousing-L Mailing List: Work or Pay Systems

At Jackson Place Cohousing in Seattle, we are investigating adopting a "work or 
pay" system for common landscaping. Does anyone know of any "work or pay" 
systems that other cohousing communities are using beyond these?
