As Raines noted, one need not create a custom house that is toxin  
free.  Our developer, Sherri Zann Rosenthal, designed Eno Commons with  
these features,

I had no clue about some of these features at the time but I am very  
glad that someone was aware and was willing to invest the energy to  
ensure our houses had these green features while keeping the houses  
affordable.
