Friends,

Some of you from states other than California, might not realize that
although there are more than 20 established cohousing communities here in
California, none is farther South than the Central Coast, almost 200 miles
north of Los Angeles, even farther away from the San Diego area. Those of
us committed to the growth of the cohousing movement, really want to see
that change!

Our hero, Katie McCamant will be giving two Introduction to Cohousing
Slide Shows on Sept. 23 and Sept.24 in Santa Monica and Pasadena
respectively. I attended that slide show in Berkeley just this week,
though I've seen it many times before, and I was delighted to see an
all-new and improved set of pictures, and to hear a better-than-ever
presentation by the inimitable Katie.

I'm appending a flier about these two events (and about the wonderful
Getting It Built workshop that Katie and Chuck will be giving at Esalen
the following weekend)., but I am aware that many people may not be able
to view the flyer in readable form: If that applies to you, just go to:
http://www.cohousingpartners.com/events.html and ask Katie's office to
send you a flyer or give you whatever further info you might need to
attend.
