Hi,
1) I don't know how what essentially is an ad has been posted on this wonderful listserv.
2) I have read a journalist's horror story of his having all his email on gmail, and someone tried to access it fraudulently or something, so his account was blocked. He couldn't get a human on the phone, and it took him a month to get access back to his own archived email.
