By FAR the largest response that we get is from "internet". But we
have not successfully helped people to narrow that down into
something more specific.

We do get a lot of hits off google ads, craig's list, and ads on the
cohousing website.

When it comes to national magazines we did buy the local mailing list
from one, rather than placing a national ad. Mixed reviews. Some
people said they saw it, and perhaps one person came to an open
house.
