Hello guys! I'm really interested in community living and I lived some months this way in Arizona, Arcosanti. Now I'm back in Italy attending a MSc about sustainable architecture, and for my final thesis I'm researching about the potential of reduction of energy consumption in the residential sector, in particular by changing lifestyle and sharing spaces (meeting room, guest room, etc) and appliances (washingmachine, computers, etc). I'm wondering about building code all over the world, if there are national or local rules that foster to project in this way (e.g.common laundry compulsory, or no urbanistic volume for shared services, cohousing incentives, etc), or anyway if it is used in common practice to build shared facilities (e.g. condominium sauna in Finland). Thanks for any suggestion!! Davide
