They are working on a mortgage product for individual homes/condos but have yet to put it to market. They are financing two projects in Portland that I'm aware of - Columbia Ecovillage and Daybreak Cohousing. They are a sustainably-oriented bank and they get the economic/social/environmental benefits of cohousing. They are a fantastic bank that grew out of social activism on Chicago's West Side, with branches in several states. They have financed a lot of housing cooperatives, and so should be a good possible source for financing Cohousing Cooperatives.
