for two months from  May 1 to June 30 - Rent - $1,950/month. (House may be
for sale this Spring/Summer)

 

We're looking for a responsible individual (or two), a couple, or family to
rent our home while we're away visiting West Coast cohousing.  Excellent
opportunity to try out living in cohousing.

 

Two-month rental for $1,950/mo, including utilities. Refundable deposit. Car
usage may be possible. Non-smoker, no pets, references required. A short
walk to Post Office, Takoma Park Farmer's Market, Library, Safeway,
restaurants and other shops.  

 

4-minute walk to Takoma Metro.

 

Main Floor: LR with gas fireplace DR, kitchen, breakfast room and half-bath.
Small porches  front & back, wheel-chair accessible. 

Second Floor: Full bath; 3 BRs, one used as a library with fold-out queen
size sofa; one is a bedroom with a twin bed; third  is an office (wireless
internet,  printer/fax/copier /scanner).

Third Floor: Full bath; master bedroom suite with queen bed,  dresser, sofa 

Basement: Washer/dryer, some extra storage

 

Cohousing Common House: Community meals you may join weekly, children's
playroom, exercise room, and preteens/teens TV/WII room. Outside play areas.


We will provide space in drawers and closets but our possessions will remain
in the house. You are welcome to use our household goods but please treat
them with care.
