Yes, there are lots of awards won by many different players in the
cohousing world. Whenever I become aware of a news coverage it gets
included In-The-News. The main cause for an award getting news is by
the recipient submitting it in a timely manner to the right newspaper
/ magazine / blog.

In-the-News, by the way is displayed:

(1) on the cohousing.org home page (latest 5 items):
http://www.cohousing.org

(2) as a full list of news, with archives going back to 2005
http://www.cohousing.org/in_the_news

(3) Cohousing Now! issues (but only if there's enough recent news
since the last issue)
http://www.cohousing.org/now
(the web page is used to build each new issue, so what you see here
now is not what was last sent)

Tom, I believe you are coming to the National Cohousing Conference?

On the afternoon of Sunday, June 28, we're having an open meeting on
Growing the Cohousing Movement led by Jim Leach (Wonderland Hill &
Silver Sage) and Diane Margolis (Coho/US Board & Cambridge Cohousing).

This might be a GREAT venue to help prioritize the many, many great
ideas and figure out ways to get/harness more people-power and/or cash
to move ideas into actions.

See you in June!
