Thanks for this Tom, you were not alone in this. The microphones were not close enough to speakers and there were some problems with how we were controling volume from the podium. I spent time with the sound guy last night discussing options and I think we may have it nailed. I'll also be asking people who noticed it to move to a closer seat. Lots more documentation will be coming for those attending the conference. Some more for those who did not.
