Just to clarify ... The condo for sale below is in the same building as Eastern 
Village Cohousing, but it is not part of the community. This unit is not 
suitable for someone who wants to be a member of a cohousing community. The 
buyer may have the opportunity to participate in some community events and 
perhaps use some of the community facilities, but that is by no means a sure 
thing.
