Cohousing-L Mailing List: Ecovillages in the mountain west?

Is anyone planning any cohousing communities in Colorado or New Mexico that are 
similar to those in Ithaca?  I'm thinking of very environmentally friendly and 
more affordable.
Or are there any existing communities like that?  300k plus is not affordable 
for me.
