Hi Elaine,
Thanks for your kind words and apologies for taking so long to respond.  It's a 
real busy time for us.  To answer your question about outreach to younger 
families: We're having difficulty too.  We will have a couple of rental units 
at least for the 1st three years and we're hopeful that we can attract young 
families as rentals.  We're focusing primarily on the units for sale at the 
current time.  I think the key is to be persistent and keep the vision for as 
long as it takes to accomplish our goals.

No we have not had contact  with the Center for Universal Design at NC State 
but that's a good idea.  Thanks again for your comments and congratulations to 
you for participating in a forming group.  Keep up the good work!

Hello Pat Johnson,
Congratulations on what you have done and the way you present your
information. The website is so communicative and thorough. Hurray to you
all!

As a member of a forming group in Westport MA I was cheered to see your
vision as well as the composition and ages of your forming group. Our group
is similar in age, and we're working hard to engage younger families. At
this moment, we don't have any younger equity members. The
multi-generational aspect is very important to us. How is the outreach to
younger families working for you?  

I appreciate the inclusion of universal design and wonder if you have had
contact with the center for Universal Design at NC State, in Raleigh.
