I'm unable to use my conference registration.  I paid $548 for the package
and I'll transfer it to you for $450.

The package includes the 2010 Conference, Coho University (you can select
the topic you want--I booked Senior Cohousing), and the Friday 10:30Am tour
of Nomad, Wild Sage, Silver Sage--includes lunch at Wild Sage.
