Cohousing-L Mailing List: Process Commiitee members selected?

I would welcome any experience or feedback.

We haven't had a process committee for some time now. In the past anyone who
was interested could be a part of that committee which seemed to create more
opportunity for dysfunction within the committee than was helpful. There is
some interest in re-forming this committee with members selected instead of
being open to anyone. Has your community appointed or selected members of
your process committee? What has your experience been?
