planned development community that shares meals, and other amenities. This 
beautiful large house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a "loft" which can easily 
function as a forth bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and a large room 
that we called "The multipurpose room" which has built in office desk, and 
bookshelves. Hardwood floors in main living area. Nice quality appliances, 
outdoor storage and infloor heating for part of the house. There are also 
hook-ups in the "MPR" under the stairs for a washer and dryer (gas or electric) 
The house was designed to be very energy efficient, and has low PG&E bills 
every month, especially given it's size. It is "cable ready". No Pets. Water & 
Garbage included. One year lease starting Sept 1st, 2010. The monthly rental is 
$2075.00
