Yulupa CoHousing has one guest room for 29 units.  We do not charge for 
it's use but said at some point if it wasn't cleaned up after use by the 
host we might implement a charge to cover paying someone to clean it. 
After 5 years we haven't done that and it seems OK.  We also said each 
unit could use the room 12 times a year - each unit having the same 
opportunities.  After keeping records for 5 years there doesn't seem to be 
a point.  Folks work it out on their own.  It's a first come, first serve 
list.
