Hello all,

I can't do the conference call (besides, I'm a new kid on the block and in 
learning mode), and I will not be checking email for at least two 
weeks--leaving for Oregon (from San Diego CA) tomorrow the "slow" way, 
camping, so won't arrive in OR until probably late next week. We'll be 
stopping in Corvallis and other places as well as Portland, but may have to 
make a quick turn-around. We're scoping out property, but probably not 
buying, this trip.

I see endless opportunities for cohousing becoming examples of how to 
provide real service and products for each other and the larger community. 
My specialty is ecosystem restoration and related matters, but I am retired, 
so am interested in technology transfer, including integrating crops with 
ecosystems.
