Neil -- My sister, Marilyn Ford, has emailed Karen Hester, indicating her
interest (HIGH interest!) in the sublet.  You met her on the tour that you
just shepherded.  She loved it, by the way.  And I'm sorry that we didn't
have a chance to touch bases when you were here.  Well, we at least waved to
each other :-)

I'm wondering if you could pass a good word about her to Karen, who she
hasn't met.
